Magnesium and calcium dominate the water, and the operator adds potassium. It reaches the bathing area as waterfalls down the hillside, feeding open-air pools. The site lies 264 metres below sea level, 30 km from Madaba, and the operator puts the springs between 45 °C and 60 °C. Four waterfalls stand in the public area and two more inside the resort. The Family Waterfall drops 50 metres, leaving its source at 55 °C and cooling to 45 °C; the Ladies Waterfall, closed and with its own changing room, pours at 35 °C into a pool; the largest has a thermal pool and seating around it; and a Roman Bath indoors works as a steam room with separate sides for women and men. One fall is too hot to stand under, up to 65 °C, so its water is diverted to the main pool and cooled.

A hotel, a wellness area, a restaurant and massage stand on the same site. The main pool is that cooled thermal water, chemical-free, 210 m² and 1.3 m deep; the separate AlWaha pool holds ordinary water, 552 m², from 8 cm to 3 m deep. Both are for resort guests only. The Cascade Spa stands apart in the valley under one of the falls, with ten treatment rooms, a steam cave and two waterfalls dropping into its pool at 34 °C; it is charged for separately.

Access splits by the hour. From 6:00 to 9:00 the waterfalls are open to resort guests alone, free and without the public; from 9:00 to 21:00 the public area admits day visitors as well as guests. The swimming pools and the spa stay reserved for people staying at the resort, which also keeps suites, restaurants and meeting rooms. According to the site the water helps the blood circulation, eases muscle and joint pain and helps with arthritis and skin disorders.
