The Spa Marin du Val André Thalasso Resort stands facing the sea at 43 rue Charles de Gannes in Pléneuf-Val-André, on the Bay of Saint-Brieuc in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany. The water is seawater, drawn from the bay and heated: the operator describes a hydro-active heated seawater pool with a marine circuit, massage jets, geysers and aquabeds, a swim lane, hammam areas, a cardio-fitness room with a sea view, a relaxation and aromatherapy space, a cosmetics corner and a herbal tea room, spread over more than 2,000 m². A second operator page gives the equipment list as 20 treatment cabins, a heated seawater pool, a swim lane, a hammam, a fitness room with a sea view, a relaxation room, a tea room and a shop area. The site is not thermal or mineral: everything rests on the sea water of the bay.

The offer is built around thalassotherapy packages rather than day admission. The operator sells short stays of one to four nights with packages of two to four treatments per day and six-night stays on the same basis, together with à la carte body and facial treatments, personalised sports coaching and consultations with an osteopath. Treatments start at 16 with parental authorisation and from 18 unaccompanied. The presentation page states that guests staying in the hotel, guests in the Villas du Spa rental units and visitors coming from outside can all book stays and treatments, with or without accommodation.

Access to the water itself is restricted, and the operator's pages do not agree on how. The presentation page says the Espace Forme (pools and fitness) is reserved exclusively for adult hotel guests from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 20:30 and for children staying at the hotel from 17:00 to 20:30, with Villas adults admitted on the half-day of their treatments; the FAQ instead says access to the Espace Forme, comprising the heated seawater pool, the hammam and the fitness area, comes with a treatment booking, and that no pool-only entry is sold. The two pages also differ on the children's slot, 17:00 to 20:30 on the presentation page against 17:30 to 20:30 in the FAQ. The centre itself is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
