Värska veekeskus

Värska Spa Resort (Värska Kuurortravikeskus) in the lakeside village of Värska, Setomaa, is the only place in Estonia where you can recover using natural freshwater curative mud and mineral water drawn directly from underground.

Mineral water & curative mud

• Genuine Värska mineral water sourced straight from deep underground feeds the pools and baths.
• Natural therapeutic freshwater mud is used for balneotherapy and mud treatments.
• Estonia's only water park fed partly by natural mineral water.

Water centre & pools

• 25-metre swimming pool with three lanes, depth 1.2–1.8 m.
• Mineral-water contrast baths at 26 °C and 34 °C.
• Water attractions: pressure jets, counter-current channel, tropical rain, water mountain and a stone foot-massage path.
• Water park kept at 32 °C water and 28 °C air year-round.

Sauna centre

• Five saunas: infrared (50 °C), traditional and aroma steam saunas, and saunas at 75 °C and 90 °C.
• Cold contrast plunge with natural mineral water.

Treatments

• Balneotherapy, physiotherapy, therapeutic massages, heat and movement therapy, and beauty services.

Kids & families

• Children's pool at 34 °C (0.6 m deep) with a small water slide; family tickets available.
