WaterWorld Themed Waterpark stands on Ayia Thekla road in Ayia Napa, in the Famagusta district of south-east Cyprus. Its theme throughout is ancient Greek mythology, and every ride carries a mythological name. The operator states that the park has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Cyprus, with over four million guests to date, that it belongs to the World Waterpark Association and IAAPA, and that it has received more than fifty international awards. Around two hundred people are employed each season, which is itself an indication that the park runs on a seasonal rather than a year-round basis. English Wikipedia's list of European water parks includes it as one of the world's largest themed water parks.

The operator advertises over thirty thrilling rides and attractions and describes its wave pool as one of the largest in Europe. The public ride index names eighteen of them: Drop to Atlantis, The Fall of Icarus, The Quest of Heracles, Chariot Chase, Aeolos Whirlpool, the Kamikaze slides Thunderbolt and Lightning, Poseidons Wave Pool, Minotaurs Labyrinth, Odyssey River, Danaides Waterworks, Atlantis Activity Pool, Delphin Children's Pool, Trojan Adventure, Apollos Plunge, Aphrodite's Bath, the Serpentine Slides, Phaethon's Flume and the Titan Stage. Individual ride pages give safety rules but no dimensions: Drop to Atlantis, for example, is described as a three-person raft slide with light, sound and visual effects and a minimum height of 1.20 metres, with no length or drop stated. Because the operator lists rides and attractions together and gives only an approximate total, no exact slide or pool count can be taken from the site.

Supporting facilities include nine restaurants, bars and cafes, VIP suites and shaded VIP cabanas, an EMW go-kart track on the site, and a downloadable park map. A weekly music event, the Wave Fest, ran every Sunday until 30 August. The park sells an Ayia Napa welcome pack of local discounts alongside its own tickets.

On the practical questions this catalogue records, the website is unusually silent. It states only that the park is open every day and that a ticket bought now earns a free second visit usable in September and October, which places the season at least into the autumn, but it names no opening or closing dates, no daily hours and no admission prices in its pages; prices are quoted only inside an external booking widget. Nothing on the site describes the water as thermal or mineral, and no water temperature is published for any pool: this is an open-air freshwater park in a hot Mediterranean climate, not a thermal bath.
