Parchi acquatici — Germania

Molti Erlebnisbäder tedeschi sono gestiti dal comune: la piscina cittadina, cresciuta fino a diventare un centro ricreativo, con una sala coperta di scivoli e una vasca a onde, un'area saune e, accanto, una piscina all'aperto. Le due metà seguono spesso calendari diversi: la parte coperta resta aperta tutto l'anno, mentre le vasche esterne e il parco degli scivoli all'aperto funzionano solo d'estate.

Il maggior numero si trova in Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia, in Baviera e in Bassa Sassonia. Le vasche ricreative sono di solito intorno ai 30 °C, quelle dei bambini più calde, e non pochi impianti aggiungono una vasca di acqua salina anche dove l'acqua termale manca.
